Does filling out the enrollment form mean I am purchasing groceries?
No. Completing the form only enrolls you in our system. It collects necessary information to streamline future purchases, but no payment or purchase is required at this stage.
When are groceries delivered? Do I need to be home?
You select a delivery time window during enrollment: from morning, afternoon, or evening, on weekdays or weekends that best fits your schedule. Someone should be home during this window to receive the delivery. However, if you cannot be home, delivery is left at your doorstep with photo confirmation, and you will be notified via preferred method of communication.
What happens if you can’t reach me during delivery?
We ask for both a primary and backup phone number to contact you if needed. If we cannot reach you, groceries will be left at your doorstep with photographic proof, and you will receive confirmation that your order was delivered.
How long after payment will I receive my groceries?
All groceries are delivered within 5 to 7 business days following payment.
What types of groceries will I receive?
You receive fresh groceries sourced from various stores across Baltimore County and Baltimore City. We offer three different packages with clearly listed items. Details are available in the enrollment form for you to choose which package fits your needs best.
Can I make substitutions or add items to my package?
Yes, substitutions and add-ons are available. Add-ons are new to our service and come with an additional charge. Some substitutions may also involve an upcharge, depending on the item.
How do you handle perishable items that need refrigeration?
Our enrollment form includes full disclosures about fresh groceries that require refrigeration, such as dairy, poultry, and meats. It is important that someone is home during the delivery time window or shortly after to refrigerate these items promptly. We carefully select items with freshness dates to ensure quality upon delivery.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, we cater to all dietary restrictions and allergies. The enrollment form asks you to list any allergies or dietary needs within your household so we can accommodate them in your grocery package.
What if I don’t eat certain foods like wheat or dairy?
During enrollment, you can specify any dietary preferences or restrictions such as gluten-free, low-fat, dairy-free, or plant-based options. We personalize your package accordingly.
How do you ensure the groceries are fresh and safe?
